Small Office Workspace Solution in Kazakhstan

M&W helped a small to medium-sized company in Kazakhstan organize a densely planned staff area. Separate workstation groups, planter storage cabinets and slim VL desk frames created a more open feel while meeting the need for document storage.

Separate Groups for a More Open Layout

The client needed to accommodate daily office work within a limited space without crowding everyone into one large desk arrangement. We divided the workstations into separate groups and planned circulation between them around the room layout. This gave each group a defined area while keeping the office open for communication.

Planter storage cabinets provide space for files and separate the workstation groups, reducing the need for additional partitions. Greenery above the cabinets adds life to the office. The clean lines of the VL desk frames keep the furniture visually light, helping the compact staff area feel orderly and less crowded.

M&W supplied the furniture layout and renderings within one day of receiving the requirements. We then spent three days refining the details until the client was satisfied. The client placed the order within one week, and production and dispatch were completed within 30 days for this project.

A Clear Path from Design to Dispatch

The result was a coordinated furniture plan that addressed workstation density and file storage together, with a clear process from the first proposal to dispatch.
