  • Yes. M&W can arrange samples to help you review materials, colors, finishes and, where needed, the product’s construction and function. Share the products and details you want to check so M&W can confirm the sample scope, preparation time, fees and shipping arrangements. Any agreed changes are recorded before the bulk order is finalized.

  • Before production, you will review the product models, dimensions, quantities, materials, colors, finishes and relevant drawings. For office projects, this also includes the furniture layout and workstation configurations. M&W brings these details together with the quotation and order terms for your confirmation, so production follows the agreed specifications.

  • Contact M&W as soon as possible with the details you want to change. The available options depend on whether materials have been purchased or components have entered production. M&W will check the order status and explain any impact on cost and timing. Revised specifications and drawings need to be confirmed before the changes are carried out.

  • Share your required installation or opening date early, along with the delivery location and order requirements. M&W can work back from that date to discuss time for specification approval, samples where needed, production, shipping and installation. The agreed schedule should also allow for destination customs clearance and local transport.

  • M&W shares production progress updates and checks the furniture against the confirmed order specifications. Before shipment, trial assembly is carried out to verify component fit and assembly. Photos or videos of the assembled furniture are shared with you, allowing you to review the results before the products are packed for shipment.

  • M&W labels packages by floor and area and includes product line drawings on the packaging. Your team can identify the furniture inside without opening each package, then distribute it to the corresponding location. This helps organize receiving, unpacking and installation for large offices and projects across multiple floors.

  • Yes. M&W provides detailed installation manuals and assembly animations, with remote technical guidance for questions during installation. When the project requires it, a technical team can also be arranged to provide on-site installation guidance. The scope, timing and any related costs of on-site support are agreed in advance.

  • Take photos of the package label, the affected product or part, and any visible packaging damage. Send these to M&W with your order details and the quantity affected. Keep the relevant packaging while the issue is reviewed. M&W will help identify the item, check the cause and coordinate a suitable solution, such as replacement parts or repair guidance.
