Explore desktop sockets, wire-box sockets and covered power units for workstations and meeting tables. Choose an installation style based on the furniture design, the devices being used and where cables enter the workspace. Power specifications and socket types should be confirmed for the country or region where the product will be installed.

An office power and data socket is a furniture-integrated module that brings electrical outlets, USB charging and selected communication ports closer to the user. It can be installed in individual desks, benching workstations, conference tables and training tables, reducing the need for loose extension cords across the workspace. Available functions depend on the selected module and project requirements.
A tabletop socket keeps connections immediately visible and accessible. A recessed wire-box socket provides more ports while keeping them within the desktop. Sliding-cover and flip-cover modules conceal the interfaces when they are not in use, while circular power modules are suitable for compact installations. Selection should consider the number of users, required ports, desktop thickness and available space below the table.
Yes. Power modules can be configured with outlet types appropriate for different destination markets, such as US, UK, European or Australian standards. However, plug shape alone is not sufficient—the rated voltage, current, frequency, wiring method and required certification must also comply with local regulations. The destination country should therefore be confirmed before production.
The required certification depends on the destination country and the exact electrical configuration. Selected M&W products reference certifications such as UL, cUL, CE, CCC and RoHS, but certification coverage must be verified for the specific model, outlet and USB module being ordered. Buyers should provide the applicable project or market requirements before approving the configuration.
Depending on the model, a module may include AC outlets, USB-A, USB-C, Ethernet, telephone, HDMI, audio or other communication connections. USB charging ports do not automatically support data transmission, and their charging output can vary. Buyers should list each required function separately so that charging, network and audiovisual interfaces are not confused during specification.
