Browse conference tables for meeting rooms of different sizes and styles. Start with the number of people who usually attend, then consider laptops, presentation equipment and the space needed to move around the chairs. This will help you choose a table that fits the room in everyday use.

Start with the number of people the room needs to accommodate and the available floor space. As a general planning guide, allow approximately 600–750 mm of table edge per person and leave at least 900 mm of clearance around the table for chairs and movement. Share your room dimensions and required seating capacity with M&W, and we can recommend a suitable table size and layout.
Seating capacity depends on the table’s length, width, shape and base position. A table that technically fits ten chairs may feel crowded if the chair arms, table legs or audiovisual equipment take up additional space. M&W can evaluate these details and help determine a comfortable seating capacity rather than simply maximizing the number of chairs.
Rectangular tables work well for formal meetings and larger boardrooms. Boat-shaped tables provide more tabletop space while improving sightlines toward the center or a presentation screen. Round and square tables are better suited to smaller groups and more conversational meetings. The best choice depends on how your team meets, presents information and collaborates.
Melamine conference tables are practical, cost-effective and easy to maintain, making them suitable for frequently used meeting rooms. Veneer conference tables offer the natural appearance and detail of real wood, making them a strong choice for executive boardrooms and client-facing spaces. Your budget, desired appearance and expected frequency of use should guide the decision.
Yes. Depending on the table design, power sockets, USB charging, data connections and cable access boxes can be integrated into the tabletop. Cables can then be routed through the table structure toward the floor or wall connection. It is best to confirm the number and location of devices before production so that the power and cable system supports the actual meeting setup.
The table should give every participant a clear view of the display and camera without forcing them to turn excessively. Table width, seating position, camera angle, microphone coverage and cable access should be considered together. For video conferencing rooms, M&W can coordinate the table dimensions and connection points with your audiovisual equipment plan.
A minimum clearance of about 900 mm is generally recommended between the table edge and the nearest wall or furniture. More space may be needed behind frequently used seats, near doors or along main circulation routes. For rooms with storage cabinets, presentation screens or serving areas, these elements should also be included in the space plan.
Check the table height, available knee space, tabletop thickness, chair width and armrest height together. Chair arms should slide under the tabletop when needed, and the table base should not interfere with legroom. Reviewing the conference table and chairs as one complete setting helps prevent spacing and comfort problems after installation.
Finish options can be selected to coordinate with office workstations, storage, wall finishes and brand colors. Depending on the model and project requirements, choices may include different surface colors, wood-grain finishes, edge details and base colors. Providing reference images or material samples helps M&W develop a more consistent meeting-room appearance.
Large conference tables are usually manufactured and packed in sections to make transportation and site access easier. Before shipment, doorway widths, elevator dimensions, stair access and the final installation area should be checked. The sections are assembled, aligned and connected on site, with power modules and cable management installed according to the approved configuration.
